1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all deposits and payments made on adityatradingcompany.com via any payment method, including Razorpay (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets), bank transfers (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and cryptocurrency.

Please read this Policy carefully before making any payment. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.

2. Razorpay Payment Refunds

Eligibility: Deposits made via Razorpay are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of the payment.
  • The deposited amount has not been used for any trading activity (no open or closed trades placed using those funds).
  • Your account is in good standing (no fraud, abuse, or policy violations).

Refund Process:

  1. Email refund@adityatradingcompany.com with subject: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]".
  2. Include: Razorpay Payment ID, amount, date of payment, and reason for refund.
  3. Our team will verify your account within 1 business day.
  4. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment source within 2 business days.
  5. Credit to your bank account/card typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank/issuer.
3. Bank Transfer / UPI / Manual Deposit Refunds

Deposits made via manual bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) or direct UPI transfer are refundable under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of the payment being credited to your wallet.
  • The funds have not been used for any trading activity.

Refunds for manual deposits will be transferred back to your original bank account or UPI ID within 3–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • The deposited funds have been used, in whole or in part, for any trading activity.
  • The refund request is made after the 24-hour window from payment date.
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
  • The payment was made using cryptocurrency (USDT); crypto deposits are non-refundable once credited.
  • Bonus credits, promotional credits, or referral commissions — these are non-monetary and non-refundable.
  • Trading losses — we do not compensate for losses incurred through trading on the Platform.
5. Cancellation Policy

There are no subscription fees or recurring charges on Aditya Trading Co. Our platform is free to join. You only pay when you deposit funds to trade.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@adityatradingcompany.com. Before account closure:

  • Any remaining wallet balance (net of trading losses, fees, and pending withdrawals) that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹500 will be returned to your registered bank account.
  • Pending withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 business days of account closure request.
6. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us is considered a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account immediately upon notification of a chargeback.
  • Provide all transaction evidence to the payment processor / bank to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Pursue legal remedies for chargebacks filed in bad faith.
