By accessing adityatradingcompany.com ("Platform"), creating an account, or making any payment, you ("User") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.

Aditya Trading Co. ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to register and use this Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may request government-issued ID to verify your age at any time.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

Aditya Trading Co. provides an online investment and trading platform. Services include:

• Real-time and simulated trading in NSE Stocks, NIFTY 50, Forex, Commodities (MCX), and Cryptocurrency.
• Demo accounts with virtual funds for education and practice.
• Live accounts with real deposited funds.
• Portfolio analytics, trade history, profit/loss reports.
• Multi-level referral and commission programs.
• KYC verification, contest participation, and IB (Introducing Broker) programs.

Important: Aditya Trading Co. is not a SEBI-registered broker or investment advisor. Users trade at their own risk.

• Deposits accepted via: UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Razorpay (Cards / Net Banking / Wallets), and USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20).
• Minimum deposit: ₹100.
• Razorpay payments are credited within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Manual bank transfers are credited within 15–60 minutes on business days.
• We reserve the right to hold or reject any deposit suspected of fraud, money laundering, or arising from an illegal source.
• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500.
• KYC verification (Aadhaar card + PAN card) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days.
• Funds are transferred only to your registered bank account or UPI ID.
• We may hold withdrawals up to 7 business days for security or compliance review.
• Trading profits may be subject to applicable Indian taxes (TDS, income tax). Users are responsible for their own tax compliance.

Summary: Untraded deposits paid via Razorpay may be refunded within 24 hours of payment. Once funds are used for trading, refunds are at company discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activity, money laundering, or financing terrorism.
• Manipulate prices, trades, or outcomes through artificial or automated means.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without our prior written permission.
• Share account credentials with any third party.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonus, referral, or promotional programs.
• Submit fraudulent or forged KYC documents.
• Engage in churning, wash trading, or any form of trading manipulation.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Trading in financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. Aditya Trading Co. does not guarantee any returns, profits, or preservation of capital.

You acknowledge that:

• Market prices can change rapidly and unpredictably.
• Leverage amplifies both potential gains and losses.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
• Aditya Trading Co. shall not be liable for any trading losses whatsoever.

All content on this Platform — including software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and data — is proprietary to Aditya Trading Co. and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Aditya Trading Co. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any trading losses incurred through the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Any technical failure, downtime, or errors on the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
